- Having animals or children underfoot
- Lack of safety gear: wear those goggles and gloves!
- Misuse of chemicals: paint and paint thinner are flammable and can release toxic fumes.
- Misuse of power tools.
- Not calling a professional for big jobs.
- Get unplugged. Before you quit for the day or take a break, unplug all power tools.
- Rushing to finish a job.
- Using the wrong equipment.
- Not having the proper training. If you don’t know how to do it, ask someone who does.
